Preparing The Device

Tighten the screw knob on the hand pump.

Insert the end piece of the hand pump tube into the device valve and inflate the device.

Pull the pump tube out and plug the valve.

Press the valve into the device.

Using The Device

Open the strap by disengaging its clamp.

Hold the device with the ring opening in front of you and the chin support below the ring.

Place the ring around your neck. Push the ring under your chin.

Tie the strap behind your neck by engaging the clamps.

Adjusting The Device

You may adjust the height of the device under your chin by changing the inflation.

To increase the inflation, pump more air into the valve.

To reduce the inflation let some air out of the valve.
